“Life prior to the Fall Hormone Reset was intense (& still is). Being a full-time caregiver is not for the faint of heart! I constantly had levels of internal stress & fatigue which were difficult to work through at times.

I have to say the program WORKS!!!

I sleep better and I am more aware of my internal self, which I appreciate immensely. Being aware of the CONNECTION between mind and body & consciously working on this daily connection has made a useful impact on my life!!!

Sleep was a biggie for me so the module that emphasized on restful sleep has been life changing!  I was only getting 4/5 hr of interrupted sleep, ugh. per night.

Now i have a nightly routine that has worked wonders!! I fall asleep quickly, more soundly & wake up refreshed. Truly Amazing!

We already recommend Elizabeth’s services regularly in the (chiropractic) office. Personally I have passed on her contact info, as well, including to my own daughters & sister.
